This project was designed for a new build house. Their back porch view was an unkempt and overgrown hedge and a chicken coop that doubled as their storage shed. Their desires were to create a view that consisted of repurposed Green Giant Arborvitaes, and evergreens that could also provide seasonal interest.

Starting with the back fence line, left to right:
- October Magic Inspiration Camellia— evergreen, fall pink/white bloom
- Can substitute for a white or red bloom
- Substitute for a Pearl’s on Buddha’s Head dwarf tea olive
- Substitute for a Soft Caress Mahonia
- Substitute: August Beauty Gardenia
- Substitute: Shades of Pink Viburnum
- Sunshine Ligustrum
- Transferring existing Green Giant Arborvitae

- Stella de Oro Daylily
- Not evergreen, but great for water and dry areas
- Limelight Punch Hydrangea— also not evergreen, but put to balance the Crape Myrtle Tree. Also, loves water.
- Candy Corn Spirea– Semi deciduous
- Purple Daydream Loropetalums
- Firewitch Dianthus
- Transferring rose bushes from front
- Substitutes: Golden Dragon Yew, Dwarf Tea Olive, Cinnamon Girl Distylium, Soft Touch Holly / Golden
